PPS provides concrete floor levelling services across Sydney, Western Sydney and NSW. If you are planning new flooring or need to address uneven areas, send photographs and site details so we can discuss the existing surface, required levels and intended finish.
Concrete levelling before new flooring
Levelling work should be planned around the floor covering and its installation requirements. Tell us whether you intend to install tiles, carpet, vinyl, timber or another finish. The area, changes in height, substrate condition and available build-up all help determine a suitable approach.
Ardit and levelling-compound enquiries
If your project specifies Ardit or another levelling compound, include the product name and specification with your enquiry. Product suitability, preparation, application thickness and curing requirements need to be checked for the particular substrate and flooring system. A levelling layer does not resolve every underlying concrete defect.
Assess the existing concrete
Cracks, loose material, contamination and moisture conditions may affect preparation and product selection. High spots may need concrete grinding, while damaged areas may need patching before levelling. Discuss any movement or structural concerns before work is scoped.
Details that help us quote
Send the site location, approximate floor area, photographs, level measurements if available, and details of the planned floor covering. Include access restrictions, working hours, timing and any drawings or flooring specification. Tell us about existing coatings and when the area must return to use.
