PPS provides concrete crack injection services across Sydney, Western Sydney and NSW. A suitable repair starts with understanding the crack, the surrounding concrete and the conditions on site. Send photographs and project details to discuss the next step.
Assess the crack before choosing a repair
Tell us where the crack is located, whether it has changed, and whether water is entering through it. Include any previous repairs and available engineering advice. Crack width alone does not establish its cause or whether injection is appropriate. Ongoing movement or structural concerns may require investigation and an engineer’s repair specification.
Sealing and structural repair have different objectives
Injection systems can be selected for different purposes, including sealing water paths or bonding suitable cracks. Epoxy and polyurethane are different material types; the choice depends on the repair objective, moisture conditions, movement and the specified system. Injection should not be assumed to resolve the underlying cause of cracking or restore every damaged element.
Plan access and the finished surface
Let us know whether the area is occupied, coated, tiled or exposed, and whether access is restricted. Discuss preparation, injection locations, surface making-good and return-to-service requirements as part of the proposed scope. Any appearance requirements should be identified before work begins.
Send useful details for your quote
Include close-up and wider photographs, approximate crack length, site location, access details and your preferred timeframe. If there is active leakage, explain when it occurs. Share any drawings, reports or repair specifications that are already available.
